). Where The Forest Meets the Sea - it has great picture collages . Its about a little boy and his Father going out on the boat to a very special place that has been there for millions of years.
). Where the Wild Things Are. It too has a boat in the story. It is about a boy who imagines his room turns into a Forest and he sails out to where the Wild Things Are - I am a bit 'Max' - 'making mischief...''
). Good Night Little Piggy. This book has a pig's face on the cover and it's nose lights up like a lamp. I like to turn it on before starting the story as it is about a little piggy who is all muddy and his 'Goong Goong' (In the picture it has a picture of man pig who has glasses and I call him Goong Goong - like my Goong Goong) calls him in to have a bath. And then he gets ready for bed and we say good night to piggy and we turn out the light! (That's my cue to go to bed too!)
). Green Eggs And Ham. A famous Dr. Seuss Book.
.
). Chester the Crab. This book has eyes that you can make move when you put your fingers inside the back of the book. Chester and Speckle play a game of Eye Spy in this story.
