The story of a 20 month old.

Looks can be deceiving...
...most of the time I am a very happy and friendly boy, full of excitement and energy...
...I have a very cheeky side of me too...
...and I even have a temper!...
I am just testing my boundaries at the moment, to see what I can get away with, like;
- climbing up onto glass coffee tables,
- not letting my Mummy change my nappies, I make it soooooo hard for her to put them on sometimes, no matter what she gives me to play with to distract me - I just giggle when she tells me off for sitting up, kicking my legs about or squirming free from her!
- trying to get as closely as I can to the fireplace when there is a fire burning eventhough it has been sectioned off and I have been told not to go near there.
- screaming on the top of my lungs to get people's attention or get what I want especially in public,
- I scream when Mummy takes me out places in the stroller - boring, I want to walk/run myself,
- teasing Tessa (my Goong Goong & Por Por's dog) to see if she will bite me - she hates me, I know this becuase she always growls at me when I come near her, but I think its funny so I tease her more!
- at the dinner table, I sometimes like to see peoples reaction when I start to mash my food up in my hands, smear it all over my table, deliberately drop it on the floor - slowly so everyone sees, tip my drink upside down, make musical instruments out of my cutlery, interupt while others are having a conversation by screaming, or sneak food to the dogs when I have been told not too!
- If I can't get what I want from my Mummy or Daddy, I will try to get somone else in my family to give it to me - usually it's snacks that I shouldn't be eating right before mealtimes, like biscuits!
- Sometimes if Mummy or Daddy can't take me for walks with Tessa or Tricky the dogs, I beg my Por Por, Goong Goong, Ah Yee (Aunty Ivy) or Yee Jong (Uncle Joel) to take me. I bring them their hats and the Dog leads and whine at them!
- Sometimes after my nap during the day, I wake up really, really grumpy. I don't want to play with anyone except sit on my Mummy's lap and watch my favourite DVD which I get to choose. (Poor Mummy has to watch Toy Story for the millionth time!)
- I have days where I let my true colours show and I am definately not a nice person to be around then! Usually its Mummy who has to put up with my fussiness and temper tantrums! I have been known to throw myself on the floor, kicking and screaming! But I don't seem to get anything from throwing these tantrums though??... Its as if Mummy doesn't even notice?...
- I SCREAM when I see something I like, such as an aeroplane flying by, a train, a tram, a truck, or if I spot any kind of Wiggles, Thomas & Friends, Hi-5, Sesame Street or Play School merchandise, and I have to have it! I have only a very limited vocabulary at the moment and the only way I can express myself is by screaming!
But at the end of every day I am growing up so fast...
I am discovering new and exciting things all the time...
and I am learning about the world I live in and the people in it too!

Daydreamer...

Woody.

I am now Woody's favourite deputy!!

My favourite movie is Toy Story 1 & 2. I have watched them a number of times, I have lost count. Mummy has to hide the DVDs as I keep hassling her to put it on for me!

In the bath.

My Kau Foo (Uncle Jon) took these photos of me with his new camera.

I like to use the shower hose to blow bubbles and make water spurt out of it.

My first ride on a real train!

Today, Mummy & I took the train to Greensborough. We drove to Hurstbridge Station - which is the first station on the train line. I SCREAMED with excitement when the train pulled up on the platform.

On the trip to Greensborough I had my own seat and I stood up the whole time, I was a bit nervous to start with but when the train started I didn't want to miss anything outside the window!

I took my Lambie with me too - a replica of the original one. My original Lambie started to look quite worn and tatty because I love to suck and chew on it, and it need regular washing!! So Mummy made me 2 new ones that look exactly like my orignial one, although they are not knitted! My new Lambies are made out of nice fluffy soft material. Mummy has plenty of material left just in case these Lambies start to fall apart!

This is me on the way home, this time I sat down, and wanted to try walking in the train while it was moving! - Doesn't anyone?!!

Going for a run with Daddy.

Daddy takes me for a run in my jogging pram. I have to rug up as it gets quite cold! We run to the park and we stop to have a kick of the soccer ball on the soccer oval and then we have a look at the trains that go by. I like to wave and say 'see you'! Sometimes the train driver toots it's horn for me!! I get very excited and I don't know how to contain myself so I just scream on the top of my lungs!

A fun day at the Collingwood Children's Farm.

This is Primrose the Guinea Pig. She made very cute noises!
Mummy & I looking at the tractor that went by.
I liked the horse stables. The horses were very friendly, they let me touch their nose.

The tractor that I was not able to ride on because it was only for private birthday parties :(
I chased after the tractor, but I wasn't fast enough to catch up.

After a lots of running around, and busy feeding and pating all the animals we had lunch at the Bakery at the Abbotsford Convent. Then we had a quick walk around the 'shirt & skirts market'. We saw lots of really unique handmade clothes, jewelry, bags, wooden toys and soaps.

My Wiggles Tent.

Welcome to my Wiggles Tent!
I will play the drums for you...
...cook you a nice meal...
...and we can have a nap!...

I love to ride on EVERY kiddie ride in Shopping Centres!

I went to Box Hill Centro Shopping Centre with my Por Por, Goong Goong, Mummy & Daddy. They make sure they have plenty of spare change as I insist (by screaming on the top of my lungs) on riding on every single kiddie ride in the shopping centres.

Eltham Miniature Trains.

All aboard!!
I was lucky, I got to sit right up the front of the carriage with the train driver.

The first train I rode was a steam train. All the steam would fly into my face! The steam trains made a great whistle! Choo Choo!!
It was such a lovely day for a steam train ride!
Everyone loves going into the tunnels! I wasn't scared this time!
The second train we rode on was a modern V-line train - it didn't blow any smoke!
This is the train we rode on the first time. I liked to wave at all the other passengers on the other trains going by!

Southern Cross Train Station.

I love trains!

Tricky.

This is Tricky my Ah Yee & Yee Joong's dog. I love her, we are like best friends! She lets me cuddle her and even sit on her. Tricky likes to lick my face too! Probably because I always seem to have food stuck on it! Tricky likes to sit beside me when I have my meals too. I like to feed her my food!

In my boat.

I am wearing a ski mask in my boat so the water doesn't splash into my eyes!!
