Happy Birthday Por Por!

It was my Por Por's birthday on Easter Sunday I like to help the birthday 'person' blow out their candles!
My Aunty Christine made a suprise dinner, Pork Congee (rice porridge) and Bee Hoon noodles and my Goong Goong cooked Hainanese Chicken Rice as well.

Shish!

One of my first words that I can say is: 'fish'- 'shish'! I like to open up the freezer and point to all the fish that my Daddy caught when he went fishing. I keep asking Daddy to take me on the boat to go fishing - I make the sound of the motor (because I can't say boat yet) and then I say 'shish' and nod my head. I am obsessed with fishing at the moment - I even want to watch my Daddy's fishing DVDs - I get all excited when I see men in their boats catching fish with their fishing rods.

I am painting a picture for Mummy & Daddy.

Swimming with floaties.

I use floaties to swim now and I don't need Daddy to hold me, I can swim on my own. I can kick my legs and I am trying to learn how to use my hands too. I am the most advanced in my class. Daddy and Mummy are very proud of me!

The Children's Farm at Bundoora Park.

Today my friend Julia, her mum Nicole, Mummy and I went to a children's farm at Bundoora Park. We walked around and saw lots of farm animals!! We saw the sheep who just had their wooly coats shawn off. We patted the ponies, played with the guinea pigs and rabbits and visited the animal nursery. I loved the rabbits - they had big floppy ears that I wanted to grab!! They kept running away from me so I kept chasing them and screaming with excitement!!

At the animal nursery we fed the baby goats their milk from a bottle. Mummy helped me hold the bottle while they all fought over it!! I liked the sucking noises they made! Afterwards we could go inside the pen and pat the baby goats and lambs. I was fascinated with these little black balls all over ground!! Mummy told me off for touching them - she said they were goat's poo!! YUK!!

Happy Birthday Aunty Amanda & Uncle Simon!!

Mummy forgot to take the camera to their party so I have no photos to show you.
We sang happy birthday to Aunty Amanda & Uncle Simon and of course I had some cake!! - I love birthday cake!! We all went to the park for a little play. My cousin Annie and I had lots of Uncles and Aunties to play with us on the swings and the slides and we even rolled down the hill!!

My BIG news!!

I am going to be a big brother soon!! My Mummy is pregnant again!! She has been feeling very, very sick & very, very tired lately. So I have been trying to be a good boy and not give her too much trouble!! I make sure I give her lots of hugs and kisses - to pass on to my little brother or sister of course!!
