My cousin Annika, Aunty Amanda, Uncle Andy and Uncle Simon came to visit yesterday afternoon. They stayed for dinner too!! I was so excited I didn't want to go bed!! I liked to look at my cousin. She sleeps lots, and when she cried I just stroked her head!

My first swimming lesson!
On Saturday morning Mummy & Daddy took me for my very first swimming lesson.
This is me sitting by the side of the pool waiting to get my feet wet!
My Daddy couldn't wait to take me into the water! He said that he has been looking forward to this day ever since I was born!

My day at Eltham North Outdoor Adventure playground.
Yesterday mummy took me to the Eltham North undercover Adventure playground - it was huge! There were lots of things to climb and explore, it had different levels that you could climb up and down - a bit like a huge cubby house! I could not do most of the things there, but I did like playing with the giant abacus!...
...and crawling through the tunnel!

My fun day continued...
We also went for a walk in Eltham North and we stopped by at the Edendale Community Farm. There was a herb called Chocolate Mint, it smelt yummy!
I also saw some ponies, big black roosters, lots of hens and turkeys too! They were making lots of noise. There were some goats too but they were too far away for me to get a picture with them.
Smells Like Teen Spirit!!???

An afternoon at Laughing Waters, Eltham.
On Sunday Mum & Dad took me to visit their friends; Hannah, John & their daughter Britney. Hannah is an artist and she has been doing an Artist in Residence here in Eltham. We had lunch with them and some of their other friends - they have two little boys. They also came to see Hannah's art. It was such a nice day, we spent it outside - I loved playing on the rug!!
This is me saying hello to Jet who is 19 months old.
Later in the afternoon we all went for a walk down to the Yarra. My dad took me over to the rocks to show me the running water up close. The sound of the water rushing over the rocks made me laugh - I guess thats why they call this place Laughing Waters!!??
This is Finn - he liked to stroke my head!??

Hannah Bertram's Art Installations.
This is a curtain made out of recycled paper!
Hannah and her family come and stay here at this house whilst she completes her residence to make art!! Hannah incoporates her art into the house. There will be a closing exhibition of her work in a couple of weeks and she will have to sweep up all her art and take down her curtain. The house is made out of mudbricks and has an open fire place. Britney -their 12 year old daughter and her friend were roasting marshmallows on the fire. I liked sitting in front of the fire, watching the flames flickering!
